Responsible

• 1. Responsible for the company's recruitment work, including the release of recruitment information, screening resumes, interview arrangements; 2. Responsible for the company's training work, including the development of training plans, organization of training courses, assessment of training effectiveness; 3. Responsible for the company's employee relations maintenance work, including attendance accounting, employee file management, employee labor disputes; 4. Responsible for the company's payroll and welfare management, including the development of payroll and welfare policies, implementation of payroll and welfare payments, regular payroll and welfare audits; 5. Responsible for the company's administrative management, to assist the manager to complete other tasks.
• 1. College degree or above, majoring in human resource management, business administration, psychology and other related majors; 2. Three years or more personnel related work experience; 3. Familiar with Thai labor law and related laws and regulations; 4. Honesty and integrity, strong execution and communication skills; 5. Working languages: Thai, Chinese, English.
